Access to student systems when finishing studying
Updated 14/03/2023 01.42 PM
You have access to student systems to support your study and research while you are enrolled at Griffith. Some systems are no longer available when you reach conferral date or are not currently enrolled. Account access changes are processed the day your degree is conferred or overnight if you withdraw from the program.
You will always have access to:
myGriffith
CareerHub
PebblePad (you will need to create an Alumni account before you graduate)
You will no longer have access to other Griffith systems, including:
Learning@Griffith
H Drive access
Griffith Google services (180 days after graduation)
Internet access
Electronic library resources
Griffith computers / student computer labs
Microsoft 365 access changes depending on whether you are an alumnus or a non-student.
If you are considered a Griffith Alumnus (having passed at least 40 credit points at Griffith University), visit the Microsoft O365 for Alumni support page for information on account access.
If you are not enrolled in a program and have not yet reached alumni status, you become a non-student. Your account goes through the following changes:
You will continue to have the same access to Microsoft 365 as for 180 days.
Once this period has ended, your account will be closed.
