Yes. You need to:
Complete an Authority to release information or transact business on behalf of a student (PDF 61k).
Ask the person you are authorising to complete and sign section 2 of the form.
As per section 5 of the form, please provide a copy of your drivers licence when submitting your application.
Note: this is to verify your signature, so if you do not have a drivers licence, any photo ID with your signature will suffice, i.e. passport.
Submit the form to Student Connect.
