How do I order and pay for an Official Academic Transcript?
Updated 16/01/2020 09.50 AM
You can purchase digital or paper copies of your Official Academic Transcript via the Request Official Transcript online form (login required)*.
Please note:
Graduates from July 2017 receive a free digital Official Academic Transcript one business day after your graduation day. You can share this digital copy with any third parties you choose.
There will be a charge if you apply for a transcript. The online request form specifies the current fees/charges.
This service requires payment by a credit or debit card.
You cannot order an official transcript if you have outstanding fees or charges.
Your transcript can be sent directly to another institution if you provide your contact name or department within the institution, reference number (if the other institution has supplied you with one), daytime contact telephone number and full address of the institution.
If you do not have any enrolment after 2005, please contact Student Connect for assistance before you request a digital copy of your Official Academic Transcript.
