I reset my mobile device to factory settings without unpairing the MFA app. What should I do?

The mobile device needs to be unpaired properly with MFA. Because you have already reset your phone to factory settings, you need to contact the IT Service Centre or Tech Assist to unpair your mobile device.
Once unpaired, you will need to set up MFA on your mobile device again.
