What is My eQuals and how do I access my digital academic records and/or graduation documents?
Updated 24/03/2023 04.52 PM
My eQuals gives students and graduates secure access to your academic records online. It allows you to share your digital documents with anyone you choose, at any time. You can also control how long someone can view your records.
To access your digital documents, wait for an email from Griffith University confirming they are available. A link inside the email will take you to the secure My eQuals platform*.
After you have accessed your documents, you should make your personal email address (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) your 'Primary' address by linking your personal email account to your My eQuals account:
1. Go to Profile Settings
2. Choose "+ ADD ONE MORE EMAIL"
3. Make your personal address your 'Primary' address
