What is an Official Letter for and how do I apply for one?

An Official Letter is printed on University letterhead. You may order one via GriffithPay (following steps below) for:
proof of enrolment
expected completion date of your current program
your eligibility to graduate (if you are enrolled in the final 40CP of your degree)
confirmation of your completion date (can only be produced after your graduation date)
exemption from jury duty
interstate medical internship application support (Doctor of Medicine students only)
confirmation of thesis submission or completion date if you're an HDR candidate (see further below for HDR order and shipping details) .
To order an Official Letter:
Login to GriffithPay using your Griffith University login (student number and password)*.
Select Products & Services > Student Connect > Official Letter.
Enter your Student Number, Type of Letter and Trimester (if applicable)
Add to cart and pay via credit card.
* If you've forgotten, see: I've forgotten my student number/password.
HDR candidates
To order an Official Letter:
Login to GriffithPay using your Griffith University login (student number and password)*.
Select Products & Services > Griffith Graduate Research School.
Enter your Student Number, Type of Letter and Trimester (if applicable).
Add to cart and pay via credit card.
